As a screen printing company, we have many opportunities to recycle, reduce and reuse. In addition to printing on organic clothes, we are becoming more creative with how water-based inks  are used, and how they are compatible with the garments chosen by the customer, in an effort to create the most comfortable and environmentally friendly clothes  possible. Tagless Threads only use cleaning solutions that are natural and/or plant derived, and never use any harsh solvents or solutions.

Automatic and Manual Presses:
Since we own both automatic and manual presses, we can print multiple jobs at once, based on their quantity and print area. Our automatic press allows us to print larger jobs, and can produce extremely fast! Our manual press is great for smaller jobs that require less set up. Utilizing both presses allows us to have an extremely quick turn around time, while producing high quality garments.

Gas Dryers for Screen Printing
It is very important to choose a Screen Printer that uses a Gas Dryer. When doing your research on a printer make sure to always ask what type of dryer they use. In order for the ink on a t-shirt to remain permanently on the garment through years of washing, it must be cured correctly from the start. This process depends on the type of dryer your screen printer uses, and it is important to understand the power certain dryers can produce in relation to their environmental impact. Gas dryers use less energy than electric dryers do, and are more effective in curing the ink on the garment. Cost is also a factor to consider, and if a screen printing company has a gas dryer that has a longer exposure time, chances are they are saving money that they can pass onto the customer. The longer the exposure time of a heater, the less power is produced and more money is saved. Experienced with Discharge Water-Based Inks
We are exceptionally skilled at, and enjoy printing water based discharge ink. While other screen printers only use oil based plastisol ink, which can be thick, our print team has mastered the complex and scientific process that water based discharge ink requires. The result is an incredibly smooth, vivid image that works with virtually any design. Water based discharge ink is paving the way for the screen printing business as a way of creating longer lasting and eco-friendly garments.
