I have verified that all information is correct on my quote form and order form. I have received a legitimate quote and I agree with the terms of service that I have twelve hours to put a hold on my order if I decide to make changes. I have authorized, by submitting this form permission for Tagless Threads to charge my credit card.

The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

    * This site may contain other proprietary notices and copyright information, the terms of which must be observed and followed. Information on this site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Information, including product pricing and availability, may be changed or updated without notice. Tagless Threads and its subsidiaries reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation, if Tagless Threads believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of Tagless Threads and its subsidiaries.
       
    * Artwork:The customer is responsible for the artwork sent to Tagless Threads. *We recommend vector images for Screen Printing. The edges of artwork should be clean with no pixels. Artwork must be PSD,AI,JPEG files in 300 resolution minimum at the size you would like the image printed. Tagless Threads will adjust the size of the image if requested and stated on the Garment Order Form and the image is within the qualifications as directed. Tagless Threads will not be held responsible for printed garments if artwork is not sent as requested or if Garment Order Forms are not filled out.Customer is responsible for the colors in their artwork. Tagless Threads will not be held responsible if artwork colors are not the true color by the customers standards. The customer is responsible for making colors the correct color code. (ex. If customer wants a true black ink to be printed, the color code must be 000000 which is a true black color code). Copyrights: If the customer uploads their own design or influences the product in any other way (text personalization), the customer assures Tagless Threads that text and design are free from any third-party rights. The costs for possible infringements of copyright, personal rights or naming rights are to be borne completely by the customer, in this case. The customer also assures that by individualization of the product he does not infringe upon any other third-party rights. When using the Tagless Threads Online Print Designer, customer is responsible for notifying Tagless Threads of the correct ink colors if it does not show as such on the template. Please note that Tagless Threads looks at the template for guidance. The customer releases Tagless Threads from all demands and claims which are made due to the infringement of such third-party rights, as far as the customer is responsible for the breach of duty. The customer shall promptly reimburse Tagless Threads for all defense costs and other damages resulting from any such action.

    * Sending Your Own Garments: Tagless Threads requests that customers sending in garments from their own personal stock or drop shipped from a wholesaler provide at least one extra of each size/ color/ style. This is to ensure that every customer will receive the exact amount as ordered. In the event that there are no mis-prints the customer will receive extra shirts. If a customer fails to fullfill this request, Tagless Threads is not liable for any misprints and the customer may not receive the complete order. The client is responsible for his or her own garments supplied. Tagless Threads will not be held liable for garments supplied by client especially for no compatibility between ink and garment.

    * Turn Around Time: Please note that Tagless Threads has a typical turn around time of three to ten business days. This time frame, however, does depend on the order and the difficulty of the job and is only an estimated amount of time. It also can pertain to per image and can also take longer if there are custom tags involved. The turn around time can also be delayed if the garments from a particular manufacturer are on backorder or out of stock. Please also note that Tagless Threads must have the correct artwork up to par and to our standards in order for the project to proceed. If the customer fails to get the correct format of artwork to us the job will not start until we have it therefore the turn around time will not start. Tagless Threads is not liable if the job takes longer than 3-10 business days because it is only an estimated time. Orders may take up to sixty business days depending on the difficulty of the order quantity, back ordered garments, or the customer not following our guidelines for the order to start such as filling out garment order forms as provided. If you need special attention to your order and need it by a certain date please let your sales person know and we will be happy to help get your your order by the date you need it in any way we can. Tagless Threads recommends that you order at least a month before your desired due date to be safe.

    * Deadlines and rush fees: Tagless Threads is not responsible for meeting customer deadlines. In the event that a customer pays a rush fee for an order Tagless Threads will put that customer's order ahead but it is not guaranteed for delivery on the deadline. Once the item is shipped and Tagless Threads have produced the goods-Tagless Threads is not liable if the package is "late". Please also note that in the event that a rush fee is paid Tagless Threads is not liable if the order is slowed down by the customer i.e. not getting artwork properly on time.

    * Selection of Garments: Tagless Threads is willing to assist in helping the customer select garments if requested. These are only suggestions and Tagless Threads is not liable if the customer chooses something they turn out not to like in the end. Tagless Threads is a garment printer not a wholesaler.

    * Returns: Returns/Refunds are only granted if Tagless Threads is held accountable for the reason why the customer would return the item(s). This means the customer has followed all order instructions.  All Returns/Refunds are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Customers have up to 48 hours upon delivery to bring a circumstance or problem to our attention. After that Tagless Threads will not be held liable. If a customer does not send back the garments for review within 10 business days we will no longer be held liable.
